I wanted to remind anyone about this site.
They operate a streaming webcam (with sound) of the Orca pods that summer off the coast of N/W Washington state.
Sign up for their E-mail notification service and you'll get a notice whenever the Orca are near enough to see or hear.
It's been very busy lately, great shots of the whales breaching the surface, and many cries as the different pods interact.
